Pacific Sunset

$75.00

Catching the sunset on the Oregon Coast was one of my favorite things to do while in grad school at the University of Oregon. Only 45 minutes from Eugene, I could get out of a late afternoon class, load up my dog, and drive out to Heceta to watch the sun go down over the Pacific Ocean. Taking a moment out of a busy schedule to stop and appreciate this beauty made me feel like a tiny part of the massive universe. I always came away feeling like a kinder, gentler, and more generous person.

And one time, I saw the green flash.

Encaustic Wax on Cradled Birch Board, 6 x 6.

Unframed Print with Mat, 10 x 10.
